Disney’s Inside Out: Teaching Kids About Emotions
We recently went and saw Disney’s Inside Out. It was a great movie and I highly recommend it. As a counselor I see a great opportunity to use this movie, and its characters, to help teach our children about their own emotions. Growing up is confusing for kids and talking to them about what emotions are and why they cause us to feel certain ways is an immensely powerful tool. Try some of these great products to start a conversation with your child.
